Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Digital Products (Video Programmes, Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content, all video programmes, downloadable products, and online materials are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
However, refunds may be considered if:
- You have not accessed or viewed the content
- There is a technical issue preventing access that we are unable to resolve
- The purchase was made in error (duplicate order, incorrect product, etc.)
We reserve the right to verify usage before approving any refund.
Physical Products (if applicable)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Any item not in its original condition or damaged (unless due to our error)
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.
